1 Subject Content and Application Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, packaging, marking, storage and transport and sampling of extreme-pressure compound lithium based grease.
This standard is applicable to the lubricating grease which is made of compound lithium soap thickened mineral lubricating oil by adding EP additives.
The products complying with this standard are applicable to lubrication for high-load mechanical equipment operating at the temperatures between -20℃ to 160℃. As specified in GB/T 7631.8, the designations are L-XBEHB1, L-XBEHB2 and L-XBEHB3.
