1.0.1 This code is established in order to implement the policy of safe operation, full utilization of energy, environmental protection, etc., in the fuel gas system and combustible gas emission system of petrochemical enterprises.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to the engineering design of fuel gas system and combustible gas emission system in the projects of petrochemical enterprises. Expansion projects and revamp projects can refer to this code.
1.03 When applying this code, the requirements of current mandatory codes and standards shall also be followed.
