1 Scope
This document specifies the requirements and inspection rules and provides the corresponding test methods and the relevant terms and definitions concerning cribs.
This document is applicable to the production, inspection and sales of cribs with the internal length of bed base less than or equal to 900mm.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 28202 and the following apply.

crib
furniture that provides a sleeping area for babies who have not been able to sit up on their own or pull or push their bodies up by hands and knees (such as crawling or kneeling)
3.2
cradle
crib (3.1) with a bed base that is suspended without ropes or similar structures and can rock, swing or move up and down, which is shown in Figure 1

4 Requirements
4.1 Appearance
Product appearance shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 1.

Note: The “*” mark in the above table indicates that more than 2 (including 2) items are included in the single item. If one of the items fails to meet the requirements, it shall be counted as one failure.
