Neutral wrapping paper
1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of neutral wrapping paper.
This standard is applicable to wrapping papers for military supplies and with special requirements.

3.1 Neutral wrapping papers are classified into two grades according to quality: superior product and acceptable product.
