1 Subject Content and Applicable Scope
This standard specifies technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of food additive - radix glycyrrhizae antioxidant.
This standard is applicable to radix glycyrrhizae antioxidant extracted and refined from radix glycyrrhizae root with organic solvents by physical methods. In the food industry, it is used as oil antioxidant, from which synthetic antioxidant is not detectable.

3 Technical Requirements
3.1 Appearance: brown or dark brown powder.
3.2 Odor: slight odor of radix glycyrrhizae.
