This standard replaces JG/T 126-2007 Building hardware for windows and doors - Espagnolette gears. The following technical changes have been made with respect to JG/T 126-2007:
——Terms and definitions are added for bolt, latch, dead bolt, dummy latch, number of test cycles, driving part and locking part (see Clause 3);
——The "Product structure classification and code" is added (see 4.1.2);
——The classification based on the number of test cycles is added [see 4.1.3 a)];

1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and designation, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of espagnolette gear for building doors and windows.
This standard is applicable to espagnolette gear for side-hung door, side-hung window, outward opening top-hung window, inward bottom-hung window, horizontally pivot hung window, vertically pivoted window, etc.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 5823 and the following apply.

parts or components used to lock the frame and leaf or lock the transmission mechanism

bolt with locking function that may be retracted under the direct action of an external force without being driven by a driving part, and automatically extends when the external force is removed

4 Classification and designation
4.1 Classification and code
4.1.1 Name code is divided into the following according to the driving principle:
a) Gear driven espagnolette gear for door (window), designated as M(C)CQ, see Figure 1a);
b) Connecting rod driven espagnolette gear for door (window), designated as M(C)LQ, see Figure 1b).

4.1.2 Classification according to product structure:
a) Without bolt, designated as WS;
b) With bolt, designated as YS.
4.1.3 Classification according to main parameters:
a) Number of test cycles: Repeatedly opened and closed for 200,000 times, designated as I; repeatedly opened and closed for 25,000 times, designated as II;
b) Quantity of locking point: marked by the actual quantity of locking point on the espagnolette gear.

主参数代号:锁点数 主参数代号:使用频次 构造代号 名称代号 4.2.2 标记示例 示例1: 3个锁点的门用齿轮驱动式、有锁舌、反复启闭为20万次的传动锁闭器,其标记为: MCQ YS-Ⅰ-3 JG/T 126—2017 示例2: 2个锁点的窗用连杆驱动式、无锁舌、反复启闭为2.5万次的传动锁闭器,其标记为: CLQ WS-Ⅱ-2 JG/T 126—2017 5 要求 5.1 一般要求 常用材料应满足GB/T 32223的要求。 5.2 外观 外观应满足GB/T 32223的要求。 5.3 耐蚀性、膜厚度及附着力 5.3.1 耐蚀性应满足GB/T 32223的要求。 5.3.2 膜厚度及附着力应满足GB/T 32223的要求。 5.4 力学性能 5.4.1 操作力 5.4.1.1 无锁舌的齿轮驱动式传动锁闭器空载转动力矩应不大于3N·m。 5.4.1.2 无锁舌的连杆驱动式传动锁闭器空载滑动驱动力应不大于15N。 5.4.1.3 有锁舌的齿轮驱动式传动锁闭器应符合下列规定: a) 由执手驱动锁舌的传动锁闭器驱动部件操作力矩应不大于3N·m; b) 由钥匙驱动锁舌的传动锁闭器驱动部件操作力矩应不大于1.2N·m; c) 碰舌回程力应不小于2.5 N; d) 能够使碰舌和扣板正确啮合的碰锁力应不大于25 N。 5.4.2 驱动部件抗破坏 驱动部件应符合下列要求: a) 无锁舌齿轮驱动式传动锁闭器承受 力矩的作用后,各零部件不应断裂、损坏; b) 无锁舌连杆驱动式传动锁闭器承受 静拉力作用后,各零部件不应断裂、脱落; c) 使用频次Ⅰ有锁舌齿轮传动锁闭器:碰舌驱动部件承受60 N·m扭矩后,呆舌驱动部件承受30 N·m扭矩后,传动锁闭器应使用功能正常,且操作力仍应满足5.4.1.3的要求; d) 使用频次Ⅱ有锁舌齿轮传动锁闭器:碰舌驱动部件承受 扭矩后;呆舌或暗舌驱动部件承受20 N·m扭矩后,传动锁闭器应使用功能正常,且操作力仍应满足5.4.1.3的要求。 5.4.3 锁点锁座抗破坏 锁点、锁座承受 破坏力后,各部件应无损坏。 5.4.4 锁舌抗破坏 5.4.4.1 使用频次Ⅰ有锁舌的传动锁闭器的锁舌抗破坏应符合下列要求: a) 碰舌: 带碰舌齿轮驱动式传动锁闭器承受3000N侧向作用力后,碰舌应能正常伸缩,碰舌完全缩回位置与初始缩回位置的变化量应不大于1 mm; b) 呆舌: 1) 带呆舌齿轮驱动式传动锁闭器承受7000N侧向作用力后,呆舌应能保证完全伸缩; 2) 带呆舌齿轮驱动式传动锁闭器承受5000N轴向作用力后,呆舌回缩量应不大于3 mm。 5.4.4.2 使用频次Ⅱ有锁舌的传动锁闭器的锁舌抗破坏应满足:碰舌承受2000N侧向作用力后,碰舌应能伸缩;呆舌承受3000 N侧向作用力、1000 N轴向作用力后,呆舌回缩量应不大于3 mm,呆舌应保证完全伸缩。 5.4.5 反复启闭 5.4.5.1 无锁舌的传动锁闭器 按使用频次启闭循环后,各构件应无扭曲、无变形、不影响正常使用。且应满足下列要求: a) 操作力:反复启闭后齿轮驱动式传动锁闭器转动力矩应不大于10N·m;连杆驱动式传动锁闭器驱动力应不大于100 N; b) 框、扇间间距变化量:在扇开启方向上框、扇间的间距变化值应小于1mm。 5.4.5.2 有锁舌的传动锁闭器 5.4.5.2.1 使用频次Ⅰ有锁舌的齿轮驱动式传动锁闭器应符合下列要求: a) 碰舌在25 N侧向载荷作用下,完成20万次启闭循环后应功能正常,且应符合5.4.1.3的规定; b) 呆舌: 1) 具有自动上锁功能的呆舌完成20万次启闭循环后应功能正常且应符合5.4.1.3的规定; 2) 不具有自动上锁功能的呆舌完成5万次启闭循环后应功能正常且应符合5.4.1.3的规定。 5.4.5.2.2 使用频次Ⅱ有锁舌的齿轮驱动式传动锁闭器应符合下列要求: a) 碰舌在25 N侧向载荷作用下,完成2.5万次启闭循环后应功能正常,且应符合5.4.1.3的规定; b) 呆舌或暗舌在完成2.5万次启闭循环后应功能正常,且应符合5.4.1.3的规定。 6 试验方法 6.1 试验用模拟门窗、试验顺序 6.1.1 试验用模拟门窗 试验用模拟门窗应符合GB/T 32223的规定,规格尺寸见表1。 表1 被测试传动锁闭器尺寸与试验用模拟门窗扇尺寸的关系 单位为毫米 传动锁闭器长度L 试验模拟门窗扇(宽×高)规格 无锁舌 0<L≤1 500 750×1 500 1 500<L≤2 300 900×2 300 有锁舌 0<L≤2 300 900×2 300 6.1.2 试验顺序 6.1.2.1 无碰舌、呆舌的传动锁闭器每组为3件分别为试件a、试件b、试件c,试验顺序见表2;有碰舌或呆舌的传动锁闭器每组为4件分别为试件a、试件b、试件c、试件d,试验顺序见表3,有碰舌和呆舌的传动锁闭器每组为5件分别为试件a、试件b、试件c、试件d、试件e,试验顺序见表4。 表2 无碰舌、呆舌的传动锁闭器试验顺序 试件序号 检测项目 试件数量 a 按5.2,5.4.2,5.4.3的顺序进行 1件 b 5.3 1件 c 按5.4.1,5.4.5的顺序进行 1件 表3 仅有碰舌或呆舌的传动锁闭器试验顺序 试件序号 检测项目 试件数量 a 按5.2,5.4.2,5.4.3的顺序进行 1件 b 5.3 1件 c 按5.4.1,5.4.5的顺序进行 1件 d 5.4.4的碰舌抗破坏或5.4.4的呆舌抗破坏 1件 表4 有碰舌和呆舌的传动锁闭器试验顺序 试件序号 检测项目 试件数量 a 按5.2,5.4.2,5.4.3的顺序进行 1件 b 5.3 1件 c 按5.4.1,5.4.5的顺序进行 1件 d 5.4.4的碰舌 1件 e 5.4.4的呆舌 1件 6.1.2.2 当前序测试不合格时,停止后序测试。 6.2 外观 外观按GB/T 32223中的方法进行。 6.3 耐蚀性、膜厚度及附着力 6.3.1 耐蚀性按GB/T 32223中的方法进行。 6.3.2 膜厚度及附着力按GB/T 32223中的方法进行。 6.4 力学性能 6.4.1 操作力 6.4.1.1 无锁舌的齿轮驱动式传动锁闭器转动力矩用精度不低于0.1N·m的量具测量。 6.4.1.2 无锁舌的连杆驱动式传动锁闭器的滑动驱动力用精度不低于1N的量具测量。 6.4.1.3 有锁舌的齿轮驱动式传动锁闭器按下列方法: a) 操作力矩:用精度不低于0.1N·m的量具,通过模拟执手或钥匙和锁芯的装置测量驱动部件将锁舌完全伸缩所需的力矩; b) 碰舌回程力:将有锁舌的齿轮传动锁闭器竖直固定,在碰舌端部中心位置,用精度不低于0.2N的量具测量将碰舌完全退回的力; c) 碰锁力:将有锁舌的齿轮驱动式传动锁闭器安装在测试门上,用精度不低于0.2N的量具测量将碰舌和扣板正确啮合的碰锁力。 6.4.2 驱动部件抗破坏 按下列规定进行测试: a) 将无锁舌的齿轮驱动式传动锁闭器按实际使用状态固定,分别在设计开启位置固定和不固定被驱动部件的两种状态下,对各驱动部件向锁闭方向施加 的力矩,保持 ,卸载后检查所有部件破坏情况(包括隐藏部件); b) 将连杆驱动式传动锁闭器带驱动点的部件安装在具有满足功能配合要求的外轮廓型材上,阻止该部件向锁闭方向运动,在驱动点上向锁闭方向施加 静拉力,保持 ,卸载后检查所有部件破坏情况; c) 有锁舌齿轮驱动式传动锁闭器竖直固定,用模拟执手或模拟钥匙和模拟锁芯的装置对锁舌驱动部件向解锁方向施加5.4.2规定的力矩,保持5s±2s,卸载后,观察驱动部件是否能驱动锁舌并按6.4.1检查锁舌操作力。 6.4.3 锁点锁座抗破坏 将传动锁闭器按实际工作状态安装在试验模拟门窗上,在传动锁闭器上任选一组锁点、锁座,将其处于正常锁闭位置时,在扇型材对应该锁点的位置处,向扇开启方向施加 静拉力,保持 ,卸载后打开门窗扇,检查锁点、锁座损坏情况。 6.4.4 锁舌抗破坏 6.4.4.1 有锁舌的使用频次Ⅰ传动锁闭器 碰舌、呆舌应按下列规定进行测试: a) 碰舌 将带锁舌齿轮驱动式传动锁闭器使用夹具固定(见图2)。用精度不低于0.1mm的量具测量并记录碰舌完全缩回后碰舌相对于锁体面板的位置初始值,待碰舌自动伸出后按图示位置在碰舌距锁体面板3mm处施加3000N作用力,保持 ,卸载后检查碰舌能否伸缩;测量并记录碰舌相对于锁体面板能完全缩回后的碰舌位置,计算变化量。 b) 呆舌 ——按图2将呆舌完全伸出,距锁体面板3 mm处在呆舌上施加7000 N作用力,保持 ,卸载后检查呆舌能否伸缩;
