Jolting table for compacting cement mortar
1 Scope
This document specifies the general provisions, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, inspection report as well as marking and packaging of jolting table for compacting cement mortar (hereinafter referred to as jolting table).
This document is applicable to the jolting table under test according to GB/T 17671.

4 General provisions
As specified in GB/T 17671, the jolting table is the standard forming equipment for the strength inspection of cement mortar, and it should be processed and manufactured according to verified drawings.
The jolting table consists of table panel, the cam causing it to jump, etc. The table panel is provided with a locking mechanism for fixing the test die and die sleeve, and connected with two swing arms for stabilization. The cam is controlled by a controller to rotate according to certain requirements, ensuring that the table panel is able to rise smoothly to a certain height and then fall freely with the raised head at the center hitting the stop dog exactly. The structure of typical jolting table is shown in Figure 1.
