1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical conditions, inspection methods, test rules, mark, package and storage of continuous and intermittent oil feeding device in centralized lubrication system of numerical control machine tools.
This standard is applicable to the numerical control machine tools, precision machined tools, and continuous and intermittent oil feeding device in lubrication system taking the refined mineral oil with viscosity 22mm2/s~100mm2/s as the working medium, and is also applicable to the lubricating oil feeding device of general machine tools and mechanical equipment.

3 Requirements
3.1 Basic Requirements
3.1.1 The basic parameters of the oil feeding device and elements shall be in accordance with those specified in JB/T 7943.1; the electrical system shall meet the requirements of GB 5226.1. The performance of all elements shall meet the requirements of the relevant standards and the design.
3.1.2 The fluid used for the oil feeding device shall be in accordance with those specified in GB/T 7632 and fluid requirements of the host machine; the used fluid shall be filtered carefully; the filter with filtering fineness no less than 10μm shall be installed in the system to control the cleanliness of the fluid.
3.1.3 For the oil feeding device performing the centralized lubrication through oil separator or distributor, the oil feed capacity of each lubrication point shall be packed.
3.1.4 The oil feeding device shall be equipped with pressure regulation and safety protection devices; the intermittent oil feeding device shall be installed with work-cycle regulating control device; the continuous oil feeding device shall be installed with the flow control device.
3.1.5 The oil feeding device shall be equipped with the pressure gauge with damping accuracy no less than Level 2.5 and measuring range equal to 1.5~2 times of the oil feeding system pressure.
3.1.6 In order to ensure the normal operation of the machine tools; the oil feeding device shall be of automatic alarm when the fluid is lower than the lowest oil level or the lubrication is affected owing to the fault of the lubrication device.
3.1.7 The oil tank of the oil feeding device shall be installed with air cleaner; the lowest position of the oil tank shall be installed with the oil drain hole for rapid oil drainage.
3.1.8 The whole oil feeding device shall be of esthetic appearance and be convenient for installation and maintenance.
3.1.9 The oil feeding device with special requirements shall be negotiated by the supply and demand parties.
