1 Scope
This standard specifies the specifications for the vibration acceleration of deep groove ball bearings (hereinafter referred to as “bearings”) which have boundary dimensions conforming to the requirements for diameter series 0, 2 and 3 specified in GB/T 276-1994, nominal bore diameters of 3 mm ~ 120mm, and the radial internal clearances conforming to the requirements for groups 0, 2 and 3 internal clearance specified in GB/T 4604-2006, as well as the specifications for the corresponding vibration acceleration level peak value of groups Z3 and Z4.
Group Z in this standard is the basic requirement for universal bearing vibration acceleration level, it is applicable to the production inspection of finished bearings by the bearing manufacturer, and the bearings are not marked with "Z". Groups Z1, Z2, Z3 and Z4 which have higher requirement on bearing vibration acceleration level as well as Groups ZF3 and ZF4, which have requirements on the vibration acceleration level and the vibration acceleration level peak value, are applicable to the production inspection and customer acceptance of finished bearings.
