1 Scope
This standard specifies the modeling method for industrial boilers.
This standard is applicable to the stationary steel steam boilers of which the rated working pressure is greater than 0.04MPa but less than 3.8MPa, the rated steam output is not less than 0.1t/h and the medium is water as well as the stationary steel hot water boilers of which the rated water-delivery pressure is greater than 0.1MPa.
2 Model Composition
2.1 Product Model Composition of Industrial Boilers
The product model of industrial boilers (excluding electrically heated boilers) comprises of three parts, which are connected with strigula (the signal hint is detailed in Figure 1) between each part. The indicated contents of each part are as follows:
a) Part 1 of the model represents the boiler body type and the combustion equipment type or the combustion mode and the boiler capacity, which is divided into three sections; in the first section, two capitalized Bopomofo are used to represent the boiler body type (See Table 1); in the second section, one capitalized Bopomofo is used to represent the combustion equipment type or the combustion mode (See Table 2); in the third section, Arabic numerals are used to represent that the rated steam output of the steam boiler is several t/h or the rated thermal power of the hot water boiler is several MW. All sections shall be written continuously.
b) Part 2 of the model represents the medium parameters. It is divided into two sections for steam boilers, which are connected with slant; in the first section, Arabic numerals are used to represent that the rated steam pressure is several MPa; in the second section, Arabic numerals are used to represent that the superheated steam temperature is several ℃; when the steam temperature is saturation temperature, there are no slant or the second section in the Part 2 of the model. It is divided into three sections for hot water boilers, which are also connected with slant, in the first section, Arabic numerals are used to represent that the rated water-delivery pressure is several MPa; Arabic numerals are used to represent that the rated water outlet temperature and the rated water inlet temperature are several ℃ respectively in the second section and the third section.
c) Part 3 of the model represents the fuel kinds. The capitalized Bopomofo is used to represent the fuel grade; meanwhile the Roman numerals are used to represent the different kind of the same fuel grade, which is parallel with the fuel grade (See Table 3). If several kinds of fuel are used simultaneously, the main fuel shall be put ahead, separating by caesura sign.
When the boiler body type, combustion equipment type or combustion mode and fuel kind exceed those specified in Table 1, Table 2 and Table 3, the enterprise may compile the product model of itself by making reference to above-mentioned provisions.
