Foreword
This standard is developed in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces HG/T 2134-2014 Glass lined 90° elbows. In addition to editorial changes, the following main technical changes have been made with respect to HG/T 2134-2014:
——The applicable design pressure in Clause 1 "Scope" is revised from "not larger than 1.0 MPa" to "not larger than 1.6 MPa" (see Clause 1 hereof; Clause 1 of Edition 2014);
——The schematic diagram of loose flange and the radius r of the outer arc of nozzle are added in Figure 1 (see Figure 1 hereof);
——The technical contents of loose flange are added in Table 1 (see Table 1 hereof);
——The dimensions of the outer arc r of nozzle are added in Table 2 (see Table 2 hereof);
——The height symbol of elbow in Figure 1 and Table 2 is changed from “L” to “A”, and the elbow height in Table 2 is revised from “95, 105, 110, 125, 135, 145, 155, 175, 200, 260, 310, 365, 470” to “105, 115, 115, 140, 140, 155, 200, 235, 205, 255, 315, 365, 475”, and the allowable deviation of elbow height in Table 3 is revised (see Tables 2 and 3 hereof; Tables 2 and 3 of Edition 2014);
——The dimensions and reference mass of the nozzle with design pressure of 1.6MPa are added in Table 2 (see Table 2 hereof);
——The requirements in Table 2 are revised from “value R in Figure 1 shall be selected according to GB/T 12459" to “value R in Figure 1 shall be selected according to GB/T 12459 and value A", and Note 2 is added (see Table 2 hereof; Table 2 of Edition 2014);
——"The materials, design, manufacture, inspection and acceptance of glass lined pressure pipes shall also meet the requirements of TSG D0001 and GB/T 20801.5” is added in 4.1 (see 4.1 hereof);
——Technical requirements for non-destructive testing of non-pressure pipes are added in 4.5, i.e. “For non-pressure pipes, non-destructive testing shall be conducted according to NB/T 47003.1.” [See 4.5 b) hereof];
——Technical requirements for hydraulic test of non-pressure pipes are added in 4.6, i.e. “For non-pressure pipes, leakage test shall be conducted according to NB/T 47003.1.” [See 4.6b) hereof];
——“Value r of glass lined 90° elbows should be less than that specified in HG/T 2143.” is added in 4.7 (see 4.7 hereof);
——“the ex-factory data of glass lined pressure pipes shall also meet the requirements of TSG D0001” is added in 5.1 (see 5.1 hereof).
This standard was proposed by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation.
This standard is under the jurisdiction of SAC/TC 72 National Technical Committee on Glass Lined Equipment of Standardization Administration of China.
The previous editions of this standard are as follows:
——HG 5-256-1969; HG 5-256-1979; HG/T 2134-1991; HG/T 2134-2009; HG/T 2134-2014.
Glass lined 90° elbows
1 Scope
The standard specified the type, basic parameters, main dimensions, requirements, ex-factory documents, packaging, transportation and storage of glass lined 90° elbows.
This standard is applicable to glass lined 90° elbows with a design pressure not greater than 1.6 MPa and a design temperature of -20℃~ 200℃.
