1 Subject Content and Application Scope This standard specifies the specification, technical requirements, application requirements and relevant design parameters relative to the welded austenitic stainless steel pipe (Note) used in chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries. This standard is applicable to the welded austenitic stainless steel pipe for heat exchanger tube bundle, vessel shell, connecting pipe and piping.
