1 General provisions
1.0.1 This code is formulated with a view to improving the level of installation of centrifugal compressor set, strengthening the quality control over the installation process of centrifugal compressor set and ensuring the quality of installation engineering.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to the construction and acceptance of centrifugal compressor set installation engineering in chemical and petrochemical industries.
1.0.3 The general technical requirements for the construction and acceptance of centrifugal compressor set installation engineering shall meet the relevant requirements of the current professional standard HG 20203 Code for construction and acceptance of chemical machine installation engineering (General purpose requirement).
1.0.4 In case of inconsistency between this code and the requirements of the accompanying technical documents of the set, the latter shall prevail.
1.0.5 In addition to this code, the construction and acceptance of centrifugal compressor set installation engineering shall also comply with those stipulated in the current relevant standards of the nation.
2 Terms

part of the main engine of centrifugal compressor that does not rotate when the compressor is running
2.0.10 rotator
component that rotates when the machine is running, consisting of main shaft, impeller, balancing disc, thrust disc, coupling and other parts
2.0.11 shaft centring
process of adjusting the axis position of each rotator on the machine in the static state to ensure that the axes are concentric when the machine is running
2.0.12 test run
test run of process equipment, machine or whole process system after installation
2.0.13 noload test run
test run of a set under noload condition after installation
2.0.14 onload test run
test run of a set under load condition after passing noload test run
2.0.15 idling run time
time required for the rotator speed to drop from the working speed to zero after the power (power supply, steam source) of the machine is cut off
2.0.16 top continuous rev
upper limit of continuous running speed (revolutions) of machine
2.0.17 tripping rev
speed at which the driving unit overspeeds to cause an emergency protector to operate
2.0.18 integral compressor
compressor that has been assembled and tested by the manufacturer, requires no disassembly and inspection work at the installation site, and arrives at the site as whole except the driving unit
3 Construction preparation
3.1 Technical preparation
3.1.1 The following technical documents shall be available before the installation of the set:
1 The product technical documents of centrifugal compressor set shall include the following:
1) The factory certificate of the set and the material test certificate of important parts and components;
2) The product quality certificates of accompanying pipes, fittings, valves and fasteners;
3) The hydrostatic test records of case and auxiliary facilities;
4) The manufacturing quality inspection certificate of rotator;
5) Rotator dynamic balance and impeller overspeed test records;
6) The pre-assembly and test run records of the set before delivery;
7) The set assembly drawing, wearing parts drawing and packing list;
8) Installation, use and maintenance instructions and packing list of the set.
2 The design documents shall include the installation plane and elevation layout of the set, equipment foundation drawing, flow chart and construction drawings of relevant disciplines.
3 Intermediate handover information for the foundation.
4 The installation plan for the set.
3.1.2 Technical and safety disclosure shall be made to the construction personnel before installation of the set.
3.2 Unpacking inspection and keeping for set and materials
3.2.1 The set and other materials shall be subjected to unpacking acceptance with the joint participation of the development organization or the general contractor, the supervision organization, the installation organization and the manufacturer, and shall meet the following requirements:
1 The machine shall be subjected to appearance inspection according to drawings, technical data and packing list, and the names, models, specifications and quantities of the machine, parts, components and accessories shall be checked.
2 The parts, components and accessories that require further quality inspection shall be confirmed, and a separate inspection plan shall be prepared.
3 The spare products and parts and special tools of the machine shall be counted and recorded.
4 Representatives of all parties participating in the acceptance shall sign the acceptance record.
3.2.2 If the machine is not installed temporarily after joint acceptance, it shall be kept and maintained according to the following requirements:
1 The warehouse or workshop for storing the machine and accompanying accessories shall be dry, ventilated and moisture-proof.
2 The machine placed outdoors shall meet the following requirements:
1) The machine shall be padded and placed neatly;
2) Temporary protective measures should be taken;
3) All open parts of the machine and accessories shall be closed with blind plates.
3 The machine shall be inspected and maintained on a regular basis.
4 The complete machine or the machine delivered in bulk shall be packed in good condition.
