1 Scope
This document specifies the type dimensions, technical conditions and markings for live knuckle bolts.
This document applies to bolts with a thread size of M5 to M39 and product grades A, B and C.

4 Type and dimensions
The type and dimensions of the bolts are shown in Figure 1, Table 1 and Table 2.
Dimensional designations and labelling shall conform to GB/T 5276.
5 Directional and positional tolerances
Tolerances for perpendicularity and symmetry are in accordance with Figure 3.

Example 1; thread specification M10. nominal length l = 70 mm, performance class 4.6, the surface is not treated with the markings of the C-class live joint bolts:

Example 2: Thread size M10 nominal length l= 70 mm, performance class 4.6, markings for a fully threaded live bolt of class C without surface treatment:
