This part of GB/T 7673 specifies the requirements of paper covered rectangular copper wire. The insulation paper consists of two or more insulating layers and intended for winding for transformers and other electric apparatus.
The range of nominal conductor dimensions covered by this part is:
Wider side b: (2.00≤b≤16.00)mm
Narrow side a: (0.80≤a≤5.60)mm
Insulation paper covered by this part are restricted to those specified in IEC 60554-1 having thickness in the range 0.025mm ~0.125mm.
When a reference is made to winding wire according to this part, the following information shall be given (or expressed according to GB/T 7673.1-2008, 3.4)
——IEC 60317-27;
——Nominal conductor dimensions, mm;
——Nominal thickness of paper insulation, mm.
Example: IEC 60317-27 4.00×1.00+0.20 or ZB 0.20-1.00×4.00 and GB/T 7673.3-2008
