Texture types Texture characteristics
Smooth surface Surface texture basically similar as that of mill finish profiles
Abrasive surface Surface texture obtained by sand blasting, shot blasting or alkaline degreasing on the surface of mill finish profiles
Polished surface Smooth and shiny surface texture obtained by grinding the surface of the mill finish profiles with cloth wheels, felt wheels and sandpaper

Anodizing + dyeing d + hole sealing
a The coating thickness level, coloring and hole sealing process have a great influence on the coating properties.
b In general, the thicker the coating, the better the salt spray corrosion resistance.
c Electrolytic coloring can only meet the customer's demand for color within a certain range.
d In general, the ultraviolet resistance of the dyed coating is inferior to that of electrolytic colored coating.
