Specification of supervision and control system for electrochemical energy storage station
1 Scope
As for supervision and control system for electrochemical energy storage station (referred to as "supervision and control system"), this document specifies the requirements for data acquisition, data processing, control and regulation, alarm, event sequence recording and accident recollection, communication, data storage, human-computer interfaces, system time synchronization and system load rate, describes the corresponding test methods, and stipulates the normal working conditions and system architecture, as well as marking, packaging, transport and storage of the supervision and control system.
This document is applicable to the design, manufacture, test, detection, operation, maintenance and overhaul of the supervision and control system for electrochemical energy storage station.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in DL/T 2528 and the following apply.
3.1
station level
station level which is composed of supervision and control system equipment centrally arranged in the computer room or secondary equipment room (cabin) and which realizes the function of supervising and controlling the overall station and other functions
3.2
local level
station level which is composed of supervision and control system equipment arranged on the site where the controlled equipment is located and which realizes functions such as data acquisition, equipment supervision and control
4 General requirements
4.1 The supervision and control system architecture shall include the station level and local level, meet the requirements for system reliability, real-time and scalability. See Annex A for typical system architecture.
4.2 The supervision and control system shall have functions such as supervision, control, protection, and communication.
