Technical specification for centralized monitoring and control system of distributed energy storage
1 Scope
This document specifies the system structure, normal working conditions, functional requirements, performance requirements as well as test and detection of the centralized monitoring and control system of distributed energy storage.
This document is applicable to the design, manufacture, test, operation, maintenance and overhaul of the centralized monitoring and control system of distributed energy storage.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in DL/T 2528 and the following apply.

system for centralized real-time monitoring and control of one or more distributed energy storage based on the application of computer, network and communication technology
4 General
4.1 The centralized monitoring and control system of distributed energy storage shall have the application functions of data acquisition, real-time communication, operation monitoring and operating control.
4.2 The centralized monitoring and control system of distributed energy storage shall adopt layered, hierarchical, open system structure with scalability.
