Inflatable garment
1 Scope
This document specifies the requirements, inspection method, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of inflatable garments. This document is applicable to garments produced with glued inflatable fabric as the main material or inflatable liner.
This document is not applicable to garments for infants aged 36 months and below.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 15557 as well as the following apply.
3.1
glued inflatable fabric
Inflatable composite fabrics with air channel, which is made of laminated fabric by hot pressing and gluing process
3.2
inflatable garment
garments with warming or cushioning effect after inflated by sewing cloth piece made of glued inflatable fabric or other fabrics with the glued inflatable fabric inner
3.3
gas retention time
time of gas pressure in inflatable fabric or inflatable liner dropping to a certain value
3.4
thermal regulating property
increased percentage of the thermal resistance of inflatable garment after inflation compared with that before inflation
4 Requirements
4.1 Instructions for use
4.1.1 The product instructions for use shall meet the requirements in GB/T 5296.4, and those of products for children aged from 3 to 14 shall also meet the requirements in GB 31701.
4.1.2 Warning signs shall be attached in relation to garment quality problems that may occur due to improper washing.
Example: Open the valve to exhaust the air before washing the product, then wash according to the washing instructions.
4.1.3 Warning signs shall be attached in relation to gluing quality problems that may occur due to excessive air pressure.
Example: Open the valve to exhaust the air before taking an aircraft such as airplane.
4.2 Size specifications
4.2.1 The size shall be selected according to those specified in GB/T 1335 (all parts).
4.2.2 The specification of main parts shall be designed according to the relevant requirements in GB/T 1335 (all parts).
