1 Scope
This document specifies the technical requirements, safety requirements and inspection of the intelligent control and management system of parking equipment.
This document applies to GB/T 26476 definition of plane moving type mechanical parking equipment, aisle stacking type mechanical parking equipment, vertical lifting type mechanical parking equipment, vertical circulation type mechanical parking equipment, horizontal circulation type mechanical parking equipment, multi-storey circulation type mechanical parking equipment.

3 terms and definitions
GB/T 26476 defined as well as the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Parking equipmentparking equipment
A general term for equipment used to transport or park cars in parking garages (yards).
3.2
intelligent control system of parking equipment
The intelligent control system of parking equipment consists of a parking equipment controller, sensors. Actuator, communication system, human-computer interaction system, used to achieve the parking equipment automatic detection, automatic access to the car function of the system.
4 Technical requirements
4.1 Intelligent control and management system for parking equipment
4.1.1 Intelligent control and management system of parking equipment (hereinafter referred to as "intelligent management system") should be designed to meet the performance requirements of parking equipment, 4.1.2 intelligent management system should follow the structured, modular design principles, with scalability.
4.1.3 The WMS shall be designed as a set of relatively independent and interrelated modules, and the communication between the modules shall be reliable. 4.1.4 The data interface of the WMS shall have compatibility and openness.
4.1.5 The electromagnetic compatibility of the intelligent management system shall comply with the provisions of GB 17799.3 or GB 17799.4. 4.1.6 The functional settings of various types of parking equipment shall comply with the provisions of Appendix A.
4.2 Main components
4.2.1 Parking equipment controller central processing unit (CPU) load should not be greater than 75%, memory usage should not be greater than 75% of the configuration capacity, each (set) controller should be equipped with not less than 10% of the input. Output points.
4.2.2 The rated power of the parking equipment actuator should not be less than half of the net rated load power.
4.2.3 The sensor should be selected from the stability, accuracy and flexibility of the three aspects to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
4.2.4 The operating device of the man-machine interaction system should meet the conditions of the equipment use ring Yao, the control spirit plating.
4.2.5 The server of the parking equipment management system should adopt a stable operating system, the main frequency of the processor should not be less than dual-core 1.8 GHz, the memory should not be less than 8G, and the historical data storage time should not be less than on the Chinese.
4.2.6 The operating device of the human-machine interaction system should adopt multiple interaction modes, for example, buttons. fingerprint, face, contactless card, etc.
4.3 Basic functions
4.3.1 Operation modes
4.3.1.1 - The operation mode of the parking device shall support manual mode. Single step mode and fully automatic mode.
4.3.1.2 The manual mode is also called the service mode and is used for the commissioning and maintenance state of the equipment.
4.3.1.3 The single-step mode, also called semi-automatic mode, is used for the commissioning of individual machines. In the single-step mode, all operating logic and interlocking functions shall be ensured to be valid.
4.3.1.4 The fully automatic mode is used when the equipment is in normal operation and is operated by a human-machine interaction system such as a button or a swipe card, and the intelligent management system automatically completes the access process. The result of the interaction shall be in the form of voice. The result of the interaction shall be fed back to the user in the form of voice, text, icon or indicator.
4.3.2 Parking space allocation principles
4.3.2.1 The intelligent management system shall have the function of setting car parking spaces or users to optimize the allocation of car parking spaces and improve the efficiency of car access.
4.3.2.2 Parking equipment parking space allocation should adopt the principle of the shortest path or time to achieve car access.
4.3.2.3 The parking equipment shall have the function of switching the priority mode of storage (retrieval).
4.3.3 Alarm display and logging
4.3.3.1 You parking equipment alarm, should be in the human-machine interactive system in the form of text or legend display failure information, at the same time should start the sound and light alarm.

4.3.4 The linkage requirements of parking equipment and fire fighting facilities in case of fire alarm
4.3.4.1 The intelligent control system of parking equipment shall have the function of receiving fire alarm information.
4.3.4.2 When the parking equipment receives the fire alarm signal, the intelligent control system shall make corresponding response.
4.3.4.3 When the fire alarm is lifted, the parking equipment shall be able to return to its normal operating state.
4.3.5 Parking Equipment Management System
4.3.5.1 User Types

4.3.5.2 Payment methods
The payment methods of the charging system include cash payment and electronic payment.
4.3.5.3 Queuing function
The queuing function shall be set up during peak pick-up hours and queuing information shall be displayed on the HMI or parking guidance equipment. 4.3.5.4 Video monitoring and storage function
Cameras shall be installed at the entrances and exits of the parking equipment, in the management room and in the main sections of the garage, such as the lift and the handling of the dead, etc. The installation position and quantity shall ensure that each car can be observed in the process of entering and exiting and accessing, so as to achieve real-time monitoring of the garage and automatic storage of the monitoring cheeks, and the storage time shall not be less than 30 d.
4.3.5.5 Intelligent management system interface

4.4.1 General rules

4.4.2 Access modes

4.4.4 Parking guidance system

4.4.4.2 The parking guidance system shall display the available parking space data of the parking equipment and route guidance in real time.
4.4.4.3 When inducing more than one storage entrance, the parking guidance system shall be able to automatically allocate the storage entrance and guide quickly to avoid car congestion. 4.4.4.4 The parking guidance system shall display eye-catching guidance information, such as the storage number, entrance number, car number plate, etc.
4.4.5 License plate recognition system
4.4.5.1 The number plate recognition system shall facilitate quick and accurate recognition of the number plate and car image comparison.
4.4.5.2 the number plate recognition system shall have manual confirmation and correction measures.
4.4.6 Information retrieval function
The parking equipment management system shall be able to search the car storage location and storage time through the license plate, card number and biometric information.
4.4.7 Information pushing function
The parking equipment management system shall support the pushing of parking equipment data for the third party smart parking platform or other management platforms.
5 Security requirements
5.1 General rules
In addition to the provisions of 9.7.9.10 and 9.11 in GB/T 39980-2021, the intelligent management system should also meet the requirements of 5.2-5.8.
5.2 Control system software
5.2.1 Action precondition logic design
The parking equipment controller shall complete a self-test of the control system before the parking equipment is started, to ensure that the sensors. Actuators and communication of normal, to ensure the normal operation of the parking equipment.
6 Testing
6.1 General rules
The test of the intelligent management system shall verify that it is accurate, effective and reflects the intelligent control and management of the parking equipment in real time, and that these conditions can be stored, recorded, queried and published. The inspection of the intelligent management system does not include the conformity inspection of the components selected for the intelligent management system. 6.2 Inspection items
