Poly (vinyl chloride) structural foam panel
1 Scope
This document specifies the type of product, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of poly (vinyl chloride) structural foam panel.
This document is applicable to rigid cross-linked poly (vinyl chloride) structural foam panel made of polyvinyl chloride resin, isocyanate and additives by pasting, hot pressing, steam foaming and heat treatment.

3 Type of product
Poly (vinyl chloride) structural foam panel products may be divided into the following seven types according to nominal density, see Table 1.

4 Requirements
4.1 Appearance
The product shall have a flat surface and uniform cell distribution, without any inclusion. Visible defects that affect the use, such as holes, warps, cracks and deformation, shall not be shown, and certain color difference is allowed.
