3 Terminology and definitions
There are no terms and definitions that need to be defined in this document.
4 Model number
4.1 Type classification
The type of welding wire is classified according to the chemical composition of the deposited metal, the type of flux core, the type of shielding gas and the welding position. See Appendix C for a comparison of flux cored wire types in this document with other relevant standards.
4.2 Type preparation method
The type of welding wire consists of five parts:
a) The first part: the flux cored wire is indicated by the letter "T";
b) the second part: with "Ni" plus 4 digits to indicate the number code for the classification of the chemical composition of the nickel-based metal.
c) The third part: indicates the flux cored type code, see Table 1;
d) the fourth part: the type of protective gas code, self-protection code "N", protective gas type code according to the provisions of GB/T39255;
e) Part V: indicates the welding position code, see Table 2. In addition to the above mandatory code, optional code can be attached in brackets after the second part:
Chemical composition code, with "Ni" plus the main added elements of the chemical symbol and nominal content, see 5.2.
5 Technical requirements
5.1 Size and surface quality
The size and surface quality of the wire should comply with the provisions of GB/T25775.
5.2 Chemical composition
The chemical composition of the deposited metal should be in accordance with the provisions of Table 3.
5.3 Mechanical properties
The tensile test results of the molten metal should be in accordance with the provisions of Table 4.
6 Test methods
6.1 Size and surface quality
6.1.1 Size
Weld wire diameter inspection with an accuracy of 0.01mm gauge, measured in the same position in a vertical direction to each other, measuring no less than two parts.
6.1.2 Surface quality
Weld wire surface quality according to the provisions of GB/T25775, any part of the wire for visual inspection.
6.2 Chemical analysis
6.2.1 molten metal chemical composition analysis specimens should be prepared in accordance with the provisions of GB/T25777 and Table 5, but also in the mechanical properties of the test piece or pull off the rod on the production. Arbitration test, according to GB/T25777 and the provisions of Table 5.
6.2.2 Chemical composition analysis can be used any suitable analytical methods. Arbitration test, according to the analysis method confirmed by both the supply and demand.
6.3 Mechanical properties tests
6.3.1 Base material for the test
The base material for the mechanical properties test of the molten metal shall be nickel and nickel alloys of comparable chemical composition to the molten metal. If other base materials are used, the test welding consumables or other equivalent welding consumables should be used to weld an isolation layer on the bevel surface and the mat surface, the thickness of the isolation layer is not less than 3 mm after processing.
6.3.2 Preparation of test pieces
6.3.2.1 The mechanical properties of the molten metal shall be prepared in accordance with GB/T25774.1, using test piece type 1.3, with a test plate width of not less than 125 mm, using 1.2 mm welding wire, or other specifications agreed between the supplier and the customer. Welding parameters are recommended by the manufacturer. The control requirements for the type of test piece, the number of passes and the number of layers shall be as specified in Table 6.
6.3.2.2 After the test plate positioning welding, the test plate temperature should be higher than 15 ℃ when starting welding, and in the welding process to maintain the temperature between the channel does not exceed 150 ℃, the test plate temperature exceeds 150 ℃, should be natural cooling. In accordance with GB/T18591 with a surface thermometer, thermometer or thermocouple to measure the preheating temperature and inter-road temperature.
6.3.3 Tensile test
Fused metal tensile specimen size and sampling position in accordance with GB/T25774.1. Tensile test according to GB/T2652.
6.4 Weld X-ray inspection
6.4.1 X-ray inspection of the weld should be carried out before intercepting the mechanical specimen, X-ray inspection should be removed before the pad.
6.4.2 X-ray inspection of the weld seam according to GB/T3323.1.
6.4.3 In the assessment of the weld X-ray negatives, the ends of the specimen 25mm should be disregarded.
7 Re-inspection
When any one test fails, the test should be doubled. For chemical analysis, only the elements that do not meet the requirements shall be retested. When retesting the tensile test, the tensile strength, yield strength and elongation after break shall be used as retesting items at the same time. The sample can be intercepted in the original test piece, but also in the new welded test piece interception. Double the results of the re-test should be in line with the provisions of the test.
If, during or after completion of the test, it can be confirmed that the test has not been carried out in accordance with the regulations, the test shall be invalid and shall be repeated in accordance with the regulations. In such cases, no doubling of the test shall be required.
