1 Scope
This document specifies the reclaimed water levels for urban wastewater as a source of water.
This document applies to urban reclaimed water allocation planning, safety management, efficiency evaluation, reclaimed water statistics and identification of reclaimed water levels.

3 Terms and definitions
GB/T 50125 defined as well as the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Secondary treatment
The process of biological further removal of colloids and dissolved organic matter from sewage after primary treatment. [Source: GB/T 50125-2010, 2.0.80]
Note: Primary treatment refers to the removal of suspended matter from sewage by sedimentation.
3.2
Tertiary treatment
After secondary treatment of sewage, the process of removing further target pollutants using relevant processes.
[Source: GB/T 50125-2010, 2.0.81, modified]
3.3
Advanced treatment
In order to meet the specific requirements of users, on the basis of three-stage treatment, to further strengthen the inorganic ions, trace toxic and harmful pollutants and general dissolved organic pollutants to remove the water purification process.
4 Regeneration water level
4.1 According to the wastewater reclamation treatment process, the reclaimed water is divided into A, B and C levels, see Table 1. according to the basic requirements of reclaimed water quality, the reclaimed water can be further divided into 10 subdivision levels.
4.2 The recycled water produced by the secondary treatment and disinfection process is evaluated as Class C recycled water. Water quality to meet the basic requirements specified in Table 1, recycled water can be evaluated as C1 or C2 level.
4.3 The reclaimed water produced by the tertiary treatment and disinfection process is evaluated as Grade B reclaimed water. When the water quality meets the basic requirements specified in Table 1, the recycled water can be evaluated as B1 or B2, B3, B4, B5.
4.4 Recycled water produced by advanced treatment and disinfection processes is evaluated as Grade A recycled water. When the water quality meets the basic requirements specified in Table 1, the recycled water can be evaluated as A1 or A2, A3. Advanced treatment facilities can be constructed and operated in recycled water plants or at the customer's end, as required.
4.5 Water quality to meet the relevant requirements, recycled water can be used for the corresponding purposes. A-level recycled water can also be used for B-level and C-level recycled water corresponding purposes. B-level recycled water can also be used for C-level recycled water corresponding purposes.
4.6 All levels of recycled water quality of basic control items see Appendix A.
