1 Scope
This document specifies the classification, physical and chemical properties of indoor polyvinyl chloride (PVC) foam mats. Test methods and inspection rules.
This document applies to the woven fabric, non-woven fabric, etc. as the substrate, PVC paste resin with plasticizers and other additives as the coating material, in the bottom of the substrate through the coating scraping. Shaping, plasticizing foam, post-processing and other processes made of foam pads, not foam products can also refer to the implementation.

7 Inspection rules
7.1 Factory inspection
Items for the serial number 1.2, 10 in Table 2.
7.2 Type test
Project for all the items specified in Table 2.
One of the following circumstances, the type test should be carried out:
a) new products or old products transferred to the production of prototype testing;
b) after mass production, such as materials, processes have changed significantly, which may affect product quality and performance;
c) formal production, regularly or after accumulating a certain amount of production, should be periodic (half a year) for a test;
d) the product is discontinued for more than 6 months, when resuming production;
e) the factory test results and the last - a large difference in the type test.
7.3 Sampling
Each batch of products for the same - - category, the same - - color, the same material, the same specification and the number of products in each batch shall not exceed 10 000 pieces. Randomly selected samples from each batch of products, the total number of samples taken is not less than 0.25m2, the size of a single sample should not be less than 100mmX100mm.
7.4 Judgment Rules
If the test results of all items meet the requirements of the physical and chemical performance indicators specified in this document, the physical and chemical performance of the batch of products is judged to be qualified.
If there are unqualified items, the batch of products should be re-sampled in a double re-test of unqualified items. Double sample retest results if all meet the physical and chemical performance index requirements, the batch of physical and chemical properties of the product is judged to be qualified, otherwise it is judged to be unqualified.
