Domestic porcelain ware
1 Scope
This document specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of domestic porcelain ware.
This document is applicable to domestic fine porcelain, ordinary porcelain and stoneware products.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 5000 and GB/T 3303 apply.
4 Product classification
4.1 They are classified into dishes, bowls, cups, pots and other utensils by product use.
4.2 They are classified into small, medium, large and special types by product specification. See Table 1 for the dimension range of each type.
4.3 They are classified into fine porcelain, ordinary porcelain and stoneware by water absorption rate of products.

Other utensils Depending on the maximum dimension and the similarity of their shape, they are shaped according to the above-mentioned types respectively.
5 Technical requirements
5.1 Water absorption
Water absorption of fine porcelain products, ordinary porcelain products and stoneware products shall be no more than 0.5%, 1.0% and 5.0% respectively.
5.2 Thermal shock resistance
Small and medium products shall not crack after heat exchange from 180°C to 20°C; large and special products shall not crack after heat exchange from 160 °C to 20 °C
5.3 Whiteness, gloss and color difference
They shall be as specified in Table 2.

5.4 Microwave oven adaptability
The heating energy is 72,000 J, and it shall not crack, damage or arc after being tested according to 6.4.
5.5 Refrigerator-to-microwave adaptability
After being tested according to 6.5, it shall be free of crack, damage and arc.
5.6 Refrigerator-to-oven adaptability
After being tested according to 6.6, it shall be crack-free and damage-free.
5.7 Mechanical washing resistance
The average obtained by all observers shall not be greater than 1.
