For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
glass fiber and magnesium cement board
the flat board made by forced stirring and mechanical rolling from the quaternary system which is composed of light calcined magnesia (MgO), magnesium chloride (MgCl2) or magnesium sulfate (MgSO4), water (H2O) and modifier in reasonable preparation, reinforced with glass fiber mesh or other materials, and filled with light materials
3.2
leachable chloride ion
the chloride ion that can be dissolved in leaching solution after the leaching test
4 Classification and Designation
4.1 Classification
According to apparent density, products are classified into three classes, i.e. Classes A, B and C, within the classification range given in Table 1.
Table 1 Apparent Density Class In: t/cm3
Class A B C
Apparent density ρ ρ>1.1 0.9<ρ≤1.1 ρ≤0.9
4.2 Dimension
The dimension of glass fiber and magnesium cement board product is given in Table 2 and other dimensions are determined through negotiation between the Supplier and the Demander.
Table 2 Dimension In: mm
Item Length l Width w Thickness t
Basic dimension 2 440 1 220 3~30
