1 Scope
This standard specifies such requirements for third-rail current collector in railway application as operating conditions, performance requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, RAMS requirements as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage.
It is applicable to the third-rail current collector collecting current from upper or lower part (referred to as the current collector), with the speed of the subway and light rail vehicles not exceeding 120km/h.
