Empty container handler
1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage of empty container handler (hereinafter referred to as "handler").
This standard is applicable to empty container handlers for loading and unloading containers specified in GB/T 1413.

3 Requirements
3.1 Basic requirements
3.1.1 The manufacturing requirements of the main structure of the handler (see Figure 1) shall meet those specified in Table 1.
3.1.2 The requirements of the main technical performance parameters of the handler shall meet those specified in Table 2.
