This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and code, size, appearance, weight, technical requirements, inspection and test as well as package, mark and quality certificate of continuously hot-dip zinc-coated steel sheets and strips (hereinafter referred to as "steel sheets and strips").
This standard is applicable to 0.30~5.0mm thick steel sheets and strips mainly for the manufacture of internal and external covering parts and structural parts, used in the automotive, building and household appliances industries, with requirements for forming performance and corrosion resistance.
