Structure, main size and basic parameters of one piece glass-lined steel vessels with agitator
1 Scope
This standard specifies the definition, structure, main size, basic parameters and marks of one piece glass-lined vessels with agitator (hereinafter referred as "the vessel").
This standard is applicable to one piece glass-lined vessels with agitators with the design pressure less than or equal to 1.0 MPa, the nominal volume of 1000 L ~ 40000 L, the design pressure less than or equal to 0.6 MPa in U-shaped jacket, and the design temperature higher than -20 °C ~ 200 °C in inner container and jacket.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
capacity for under agitator flanged or agitator nozzles
refers to the volume below the flange if the upper head of the vessel is equipped with an equipment flange or to the volume below the stirring shaft hole if the upper head of the vessel is not equipped with the equipment flange
4 Structure and classification
The vessels are divided into F-structure and Q-structure according to the different structures of upper heads, as shown in Figure 1. The upper heads of the vessels are provided with equipment flanges, and those with the nominal diameter of their equipment flanges of less than half of the nominal diameter of the vessels fall into F-structure, while those without equipment flanges on their upper heads belong to Q-structure.
