1 Scope
This standard specifies the HPLC-MS-MS determination method of α-trenbolone, β-trenbolone, nortestosterone and epi-nortestosterone residues in milk and milk powder.
This standard is applicable to the determination and confirmation of α-trenbolone, β-trenbolone, nortestosterone and epi-nortestosterone residues in milk and milk powder.
The method detection limits of this standard: for α-trenbolone, β-trenbolone, nortestosterone and epi-nortestosterone in milk, the method detection limit is 1μg/kg; for α-trenbolone, β-trenbolone, nortestosterone and epi-nortestosterone in milk powder, the method detection limit is 5μg/kg.
