1 Scope
This standard specifies the type and scope for energy measuring and the equipping principle and basic requirements for measuring instrument of energy in organization of energy using in petroleum and petrochemical industry.
This standard is applicable to the manufacturing enterprise related in exploration and development, pipeline transportation and refining and chemical industry in petroleum and petrochemical industry.
This standard is not applicable to the organization in petroleum and petrochemical industry for capital construction, equipment manufacturing, communication, transportation, scientific research academy, electric power (DC and 6kV above AC), refined oil marketing etc.
