3.1
Interspace
The enclosed space between the inner vessel and the outer shell.
3.2
Vacuum insulation
A general term of thermal insulation mode by vacuuming the interspace which is filled or not filled with thermal insulation materials. Thermal insulation material refers to powder, fiber, multilayer and multiple-screen in multilayer material.
3.3
Vacuum insulated cryogenic equipment
A general term of equipment such as cryogenic pressure vessel, cryogenic atmospheric pressure vessel, vacuum insulated cryogenic welded gas cylinder and vacuum insulated pipe and fittings with vacuum insulation structure.
