——requirements for use function are deleted (see 5.5 in 2008 edition);
——physical and chemical properties of product finish coating are deleted. Requirements and inspection method for the impact resistance and color fastness of finish coating and surface coating are added; temperature difference requirements and inspection method for finish coating surface resistance to dry heat, surface resistance to hot and cold cycles, and the surface coating resistance to dry heat, damp heat and hot heat are deleted (see 5.5 and 6.5; 5.6 and 6.6 in 2008 edition);
——requirement and test method are added for edge bond surface bonding strength (see 5.5 and 6.5.3);
——requirement and test method for the roughness in physicochemical properties of the plating are deleted (see 5.6.2 and 6.6.2.1 in 2008 edition);
——the mechanical properties are modified. Requirements and test method for stability of shelves are added (see 5.6 and 6.6.3; 5.7 and 6.7 in 2008 edition);
——requirement and test method are added for structural safety (see 5.7 and 6.7);
——requirement and test method are added for electrical safety (see 5.7 and 6.8);
—— inspection item classification in inspection rules is modified (see Clause 7; Clause 7 in 2008 edition).
This standard was proposed by China National Light Industry Council.
This standard is under the jurisdiction of SAC/TC 480 National Technical Committee on Furniture of Standardization Administration of China.
The previous editions of standard replaced by this standard are as follows:
