This standard replaces and combines GB/T 11253-2007 Cold-rolled sheets and strips of carbon structural steels and GB/T 716-1991 Cold-rolled carbon structural steel strips, with respect to which, the following main technical changes have been made: ——the thickness range of steel sheets and strips and the width range of cold-rolled narrow steel sheets and strips are modified (see Clause 1; Clause 1 of GB/T 11253-2007); ——the classification and code of surface structure are modified (see 3.2; 3.2 of GB/T 11253-2007); ——the order contents are modified by adding surface structure types and oiling requirements (see Clause 4; Clause 4 of GB/T 11253-2007); ——the dimension, shape, weight and tolerance of cold-rolled narrow steel sheets and strips and are modified (see Table 1; Table 1 of GB/T 716-1991); ——Grade Q325 and corresponding chemical composition, mechanical properties and processing properties are added (see Tables 2, 3 and 4); ——technical requirements for cold-rolled narrow steel sheets and strips are modified (see Table 3; Table 3 of GB/T 716-1991); ——the requirements for surface structure are added (see Table 6); ——the rounding-off requirements for numerical values are added (see 8.4); ——the requirements for types of quality certificates of steel sheets and strips are deleted (see Clause 9 of GB/T 11253-2007). This standard was proposed by China Iron and Steel Industry Association. This standard is under jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee on Iron and Steel of Standardization Administration of China (SAC/TC 183). The previous editions of this standard are as follows: ——GB/T 11253-1989 and GB/T 11253-2007; ——GB/T 716-1983 and GB/T 716-1991. Cold-rolled sheet and strip of carbon structural steels 1 Scope This standard specifies the order contents, dimension, shape and weight, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, as well as packaging, marking and quality certificate of cold-rolled steel sheets and strips of carbon structural steels. This standard is applicable to cold-rolled thin sheets and strips of carbon structural steels with a thickness of not greater than 4mm, including cold-rolled wide strips, sheared sheets and slit wide strips with a width of not less than 600mm (hereinafter referred to as wide steel sheets and strips) as well as cold-rolled narrow strips and sheared sheets with a width of 250~<600mm (hereinafter referred to as narrow steel sheets and strips). It may serve as a reference for the single cold-rolled steel sheet with a width of not less than 600mm. 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. Note: ultra-smooth surface is only applicable to narrow strip and its sheared sheets. 4 Order contents 4.1 Contracts or orders made based on this standard shall cover the following contents: a) product name (wide or narrow sheet or strip); b) No. of this standard; c) grade; d) dimension and precision; e) surface quality grade; f) surface structure; g) oiling; h) edge condition (trimmed EC or untrimmed EM); i) packaging method; j) weight; k) use; l) special requirements. 4.2 If information, e.g., dimension and unevenness precision, surface quality grade, surface structure type, edge condition and packaging method, is not specified in the order contract, the oiled and trimmed sheet or strip with common dimension and unevenness precision, relatively high grade surface quality and pitted surface structure under this standard shall be supplied, and packaged according to the method provided by the supplier. 5 Dimension, shape and weight 5.1 The dimension, shape, weight and tolerance of wide steel sheets and strips shall meet those specified in GB/T 708. 5.2 The dimension, shape, weight and tolerance of narrow steel sheets and strips shall meet those specified in GB/T 15391, wherein, the width tolerance shall meet those specified in Table 1.

本标准适用于厚度不大于4 mm的碳素结构钢冷轧薄钢板及钢带，包括宽度不小于600 mm的冷轧宽钢带及剪切钢板、纵切钢带(简称宽钢板及钢带)及宽度范围为250 mm～<600 mm的冷轧窄钢带及剪切钢板(简称窄钢板及钢带)。宽度不小于600 mm的单张冷轧钢板亦可参照执行。 2规范性引用文件 3.2钢板及钢带按表面结构分为： ——超平滑b； ——光亮表面B； ——麻面D。 注：超平滑仅适用于窄钢带及其剪切钢板。 4订货内容 4.1 按本标准订货的合同或订单应包括下列内容： a)产品名称(宽钢板、宽钢带、窄钢板或窄钢带)； b)标准编号； c)牌号； d)尺寸规格及精度； e)表面质量级别； f)表面结构； g)涂油； h)边缘状态(切边EC、不切边EM)； i)包装方式； j)重量； k)用途； l)特殊要求。 4.2如订货合同中未注明尺寸及不平度精度、表面质量级别、表面结构种类、边缘状态和包装方式等信息，则本标准产品按普通级尺寸及不平度精度、较高级表面质量、表面结构为麻面的涂油切边钢板或钢带供货，并按供方提供的包装方式包装。 5尺寸、外形、重量 5.1 宽钢板及钢带的尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差应符合GB/T 708的规定。 6.1.3钢中残余元素铬、镍、铜含量如供方能保证，可不进行分析。 6.1.4钢中氮元素含量如供方保证，可不进行分析。如果钢中酸溶铝(Als)含量不小于0.015％或总铝(Alt)含量不小于0.020％，或添加了其他具有固氮作用的合金元素，氮元素含量不作限制，固氮元素应在质量证明书中注明。 6.1.5在保证钢材力学性能符合本标准规定情况下，各牌号碳、锰、硅含量可以不作为交货条件，但其含量应在质量证明书中注明。 6.1.6 成品钢材的化学成分允许偏差应符合GB/T 222的规定。 6.2冶炼方法 钢由氧气转炉或电炉冶炼，除非需方有特殊要求，并在合同中注明，冶炼方法一般由供方决定。 6.3交货状态 6.3.1 钢板及钢带以退火后平整状态交货。经供需双方协议，亦可以硬质或半硬质以及其他状态交货，此时力学性能由供需双方协商确定。 6.3.2钢板及钢带通常涂油后供货，所涂油膜应能用碱性或其他常用的除油液去除。在通常的包装、运输、装卸及贮存条件下，供方应保证对涂油产品自出厂之日起6个月内不生锈。如需方要求不涂油供货，应在订货时协商。 注：对于需方要求的不涂油产品，在运输、装卸、储存和使用过程中表面易产生轻微划伤及锈蚀。 6.4力学性能 6.4.1 以退火后平整状态交货的钢板及钢带的横向拉伸试验应符合表3的规定。如因宽度的原因，在窄钢板及钢带上无法截取横向试样，则取纵向试样进行拉伸试验，力学性能合格值由供需双方协商确定。 表3力学性能 牌号 下屈服强度 ReLa/MPa 抗拉强度 Rm/MPa 断后伸长率b/％ A50 mmc 223.18、GB/T 223.19、GB/T 223.23、GB/T 223.37、GB/T 223.58、GB/T 223.59、GB/T 223.60、GB/T 223.63、GB/T 223.64、GB/T 223.68、GB/T 223.71、GB/T 223.72或GB/T 20125的规定。 7.2每批钢板及钢带的检验项目、取样数量、取样方法及试验方法应符合表7的规定。 表7 逐张/逐卷 — 目视 8检验规则 8.1 钢板及钢带的检查和验收由供方质量监督检验部门进行。 8.2钢板及钢带应成批验收。每批由同一牌号、同一炉号、同一厚度和同一热处理制度的钢板及钢带组成。宽钢板及钢带每批重量应不大于60 t。窄钢板及钢带每批重量应不大于30 t。 8.3钢板及钢带的复验和判定应按GB/T 17505的规定进行。 8.4化学成分和力学性能检测结果按GB/T 8770中的修约值比较法进行修约。修约规则应符合GB/T 8170的规定。 9包装、标志及质量证明书 钢板及钢带的包装、标志及质量证明书应符合GB/T 247的规定。
