1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, requirements, analytical methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage for glucoamylase preparation for food processing.
This standard is applicable to the verified Aspergillus niger (A. niger) its variant, and provides special glucoamylase preparation for food processing and production through deep cultivation, purifying and refining.
