Foreword
This standard is based on the requirements of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development "Notice on the Issuance of 2014 Engineering Construction Standards and Specifications Development and Revision Plan" (Jianbiao [2013] No. 169), prepared by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Institute of Electronics Industry Standardization and the Eleventh Design and Research Institute of Information Industry Science and Technology Engineering Company Limited in conjunction with relevant units.
In the process of preparation of this standard, the preparation team in the investigation and research based on the summary of domestic practical experience, absorbing the scientific research results in recent years, drawing on advanced foreign experience in line with China's national conditions, and widely consult the relevant domestic design, production, research and other units, and finally finalized by the review of the Pi Cha.
The main technical content of this standard: general provisions, terms and abbreviations, basic provisions, wastewater treatment process, wastewater treatment station, wastewater collection and conveyance, chemical storage, measurement and delivery, instrumentation and control system.
The provisions marked in bold in this standard are mandatory and must be strictly enforced.
1 General Provisions
1.0.1 In order to standardize the design of electronic industrial wastewater treatment engineering, to achieve safe and technically advanced, economical and reasonable, energy-saving and environmental protection, the standard is formulated.
1.0.2 This standard applies to the design of new, altered and expanded electronic industrial wastewater treatment project. Electronic industrial wastewater treatment project should be designed, constructed and put into use at the same time with the main project.
1.0.3 The design of the electronic industrial wastewater treatment project shall conform to the provisions of this standard, in addition to the provisions of the relevant national standards in force.
2 Terms and abbreviations
2.1 Language
2.1.1acidic &.alkaline wastewater
Acidic & alkaline wastewater is acidic or alkaline wastewater discharged in the production process.
2.1.2grinding&sawing wastewater
Wastewater containing solid particles or suspended matter discharged during the production of grinding and cutting processes.
2.1.3 Chemical mechanical polishing wastewaterchemical mechanical planarization(CMP)wastewater
Wastewater containing solid particles or suspended matter discharged in the production process of chemical mechanical polishing.
2.1.4 Wastewater containing fluoride ions and its compounds discharged during the production of fluoridated water.
2.1.5 phosphorus wastewater containing phosphorus wastewater
Wastewater containing phosphoric acid, phosphate, metaphosphate, polymeric phosphate and organic phosphate discharged in the production process

3 basic provisions
3.0.1 The process selection of wastewater treatment project should follow the principles of comprehensive treatment, recycling, energy conservation and emission reduction and total control. Under reasonable technical and economic conditions, water resources and recyclable substances in wastewater should be fully recycled. 3.0.2 When the main project is constructed in phases, the wastewater treatment project should be planned, reasonably laid out and implemented in phases according to the final scale.
3.0.3 The wastewater treatment should be selected with the technology of mature, safe and reliable and convenient operation and maintenance process. Scientifically and reasonably, actively and prudently choose new technologies, new techniques, new materials and new equipment that have been proven to be effective.
3.0.4 The wastewater treatment requirements shall be determined according to the requirements of the environmental impact assessment report approval, and the pollutant discharge shall conform to the corresponding national, industry or local pollutant discharge standards. 3.0.5 The selection of the process flow shall consider the influence of natural factors such as geography, geology, geology, meteorology, earthquake and flood.
3.0.6 The influent water quality of wastewater treatment project should be determined according to the actual measured data or according to the operation practice of similar enterprises.
3.0.7 Wastewater treatment process in the absence of mature experience to draw on, can be determined through the test or operating experience by similar water quality treatment process and design parameters.
4 wastewater treatment process
4.1 General provisions
4.1.1 Process flow should take into account the initial investment, operating costs, service life, resource consumption and energy consumption, etc., through technical and economic comparison to determine.
4.1.2 Wastewater treatment project should be set up online monitoring system.
4.1.3 Wastewater treatment engineering process design should properly handle the operation process may produce
The exhaust gas, waste residue and other pollutants.
4.1.4 Wastewater treatment station should set up an accident emergency pool, the volume should not be less than the largest waste water
The volume should not be less than the average total volume of 6h drainage of the largest waste water.
4.1.5 When using coagulation and sedimentation method to treat wastewater and the volume of wastewater is less than 50m/d, X is suitable to use sequential batch coagulation and sedimentation method.
4.2 Water quantity and quality
4.2.1 The design of wastewater treatment engineering should be carried out in advance to investigate and analyze the water quality of wastewater in detail.
4.2.2 The capacity of wastewater treatment project should be determined in accordance with the following provisions.
1 when the conditions of the actual measurement should be based on the measured value to determine the amount of water, water quality, and should leave a certain margin according to the process requirements.
2 When there is no measured value, pollutants and pollution load should be determined according to the same type of enterprises, or estimated by the volume and quality of wastewater per unit of product, and coordinated with the current national regulations on industrial water consumption.
5 Wastewater treatment station
5.1 General provisions
5.1.1 The layout of the wastewater treatment station shall be determined according to the overall planning of the production plant, combined with the function of each structure, treatment process, elevation and other conditions, by technical and economic comparison, and shall conform to the following provisions.
1 should be convenient to accept the wastewater discharged from the workshop
2 should be convenient for the discharge and reuse of treated water.
There should be convenient traffic, transportation and power supporting conditions.
There should be safety protection distance with the living area of the factory; 4
The process flow and vertical design of wastewater treatment should be combined to make full use of the elevation.
5.1.2 The wastewater treatment structures should be compact and reasonable in layout, and save land; meanwhile, it should meet the requirements of construction equipment installation, operation, maintenance and management of each structure.
5.1.3 Combined with the overall planning of the plant, when the wastewater treatment station is constructed in phases, it should be implemented in steps with unified planning, leaving sufficient room for expansion.
5.1.4 The buried pipe network and underground structures should be built at one time, and the pipe rack should reserve enough space according to the expected development.
5.1.5 The road width and turning radius of wastewater treatment station should meet the requirements of transporting the largest equipment and daily transporting chemical, waste liquid and sludge in and out of vehicles. The bearing capacity of the road and the channel shall meet the requirements of the transport load of the chemical and sludge vehicles.
5.1.6 The selection of pool shape of wastewater treatment station shall consider the economy of land occupation and the arrangement shall be compact.
6 Wastewater collection and transportation
6.1 Water collection
6.1.1 Electronic industrial wastewater shall be collected according to the principle of clear and dirty flow separation, classification and quality according to the requirements of wastewater nature and treatment process, and the design of collection system shall conform to the following provisions.
1 Wastewater containing the first category of pollutants as defined in the current national standard GB 8978 of Comprehensive Discharge Standard for Wastewater shall be collected and treated separately.
2 Waste liquid and waste water shall be collected and treated separately according to the concentration of pollutants and disposal needs.
Organic wastewater and inorganic wastewater should be collected and treated separately:3
4 Wastewater that will undergo chemical reaction after mixing and affect subsequent treatment should be collected and treated separately
5 The pollutants in wastewater with recycling value should be collected and treated separately; 6 The wastewater with large volume and small pollution, and with recycling value through technical and economic comparison should be collected and reused separately.
6.1.2 The tank capacity of wastewater relay lifting station should be determined according to the characteristics of production equipment drainage effective volume should not be less than 5min maximum working pump group out flow. The number of pump starts and stops per hour should not be greater than 4 times.
6.1.3 Wastewater containing high concentration of volatile, toxic and flammable pollutants should be collected or conveyed after pretreatment.
6.1.4 Wastewater containing high concentration of suspended matter and easy to settle should be collected or conveyed after pretreatment.
6.1.5 Wastewater which is easy to produce precipitation or polymeric hard-to-degrade reactants when mixed with other wastewater should be collected or conveyed after pretreatment.
7 Storage, measurement and delivery of pharmaceuticals
7.1 Storage of pharmaceuticals
7.1.1 The storage amount of chemical agents should be determined according to the consumption, supply, packaging and transportation conditions of the agents, and should not be less than 7d consumption. When the agent is supplied locally or for the consumption of large quantities of acid and alkali, the storage days can be appropriately reduced.
7.1.2 The design of the pharmaceutical storage room should comply with the following provisions: 1 pharmaceutical storage room should be close to the main road in the next area, the unloading port should be set up adjacent to the outer wall of the road.
2 agent storage room should be set up according to the nature of the agent, storage and use conditions safety W protection measures.
8 Instrumentation and control system
8.1 General provisions
8.1.1 The level of control of wastewater treatment works should be comparable to the overall level of control of the overall project. Wastewater treatment project instrumentation and control requirements, should be based on wastewater quality, water quantity, wastewater treatment process, emission standards and operational requirements, determined by technical and economic comparison
8.1.2 The control mode of wastewater treatment process should be reasonably determined according to factors such as project scale and process complexity. Large, medium-sized and complex wastewater treatment project can adopt programmable logic controller (PLC) or decentralized control system (DCS). Small and simple wastewater treatment projects can adopt conventional control instrument and analog panel.
8.1.3 Large and medium-sized wastewater treatment projects and unattended wastewater treatment stations should set up independent control rooms, and when small wastewater treatment projects are set up adjacent to other systems, they can be combined with other control rooms to set up unified control rooms.
8.1.4 The unattended wastewater treatment station is suitable for setting central monitoring system, and it is suitable for unified setting with central control room central monitoring system.
