1 General
1.0.1 This Code is developed to strengthen the management on architectural engineering quality, normalize the acceptance of architectural engineering quality of intelligent buildings and guarantee engineering quality.
1.0.2 This Code is applicable to the engineering quality acceptance of intelligent buildings, newly-built, expanded and rebuilt, of architectural engineering.
1.0.3 The requirements on engineering quality acceptance as contained in the engineering technical documents and contractual documents applied in the execution of architectural engineering shall not be lower than the stipulations of this Code.
1.0.4 This Code is compiled according to the principles specified in the national standard: Uniform Standard for Construction Quality Acceptance of Building Engineering No. GB 50300, and this Code shall be implemented in combination with the said Standard.
1.0.5 In addition to compliance with this Code, the engineering quality acceptance of intelligent buildings shall also conform to the stipulations of applicable national standards and codes related.
2 Technical terms and symbols
2.1 Technical terms
2.1.1 Building automation system (BAS)
It is a comprehensive system formed for concentrated monitoring, control and management on the air conditioning and ventilation, power transformation and distribution, lighting, water supply and drainage, heat source and heat exchange, freezing and cooling, elevator and escalator and other systems set in buildings or building group. The building equipment monitor system used in this Code is interchangeable with this Article.
2.1.2 Communication network system (CNS)
Communication network system is the infrastructure for transmissions of speech, data and image in a building. Through communication network system, it is possible to realize the connection with external communication networks (such as public telephone network, integrated services digital network, internet, data communication network and satellite communication network, etc) to ensure smooth communications and share information.
2.1.3 Information network system (INS)
Information network system is a information network platform composed of computer technology, communication technology, multimedia technology, information safety technology, behavioral science and other advanced technologies and equipment. By this platform it is to share information, share resources, transfer and process information, and, on this basis, carry out all kinds of application services.
2.1.4 Intelligent system integrated (ISI)
The purpose of intelligent system integrated is to realize building management system (BMS) integrated on the basis of various branch engineering, including building equipment monitor system, safety and protection system, automatic fire alarm system and fire fighting interaction system, etc. BMS can be further integrated with information network system (INS) and communication network system (CNS) to realize intelligent building management system (IBMS) to meet the demands for building monitor function, management function and information share, so as to realize the optimized management of information resource through automatic testing and optimized control to building and building equipment to provide the optimum information service to subscribers, achieve rational investment in intelligent building and meet the demands of information society, while featuring safety, comfort, high efficiency and environmental protection.
