1 General provisions
1.0.1 This standard is formulated with a view to unifying the quality inspection and acceptance method of industrial furnace building, promoting enterprises to intensify management, and ensuring engineering quality.
1.0.2 This standard is applicable to quality acceptance of industrial furnace building engineering.
1.0.3 The dominant item in this standard, if not indicated with inspection amount, shall be inspected by 100%.
1.0.4 The quality acceptance of industrial furnace building shall meet the requirements of the current relevant national standards, besides this standard.
2 Division, procedure and organization of quality acceptance
2.1 Division of quality acceptance
2.1.1 The quality acceptance of industrial furnace building shall be divided by inspection lot, subitem project, subsection project and unit project.
2.1.2 The division of quality inspection and acceptance for industrial furnace building by inspection lot, subitem project, subsection project and unit project shall meet the following requirements:
1 Inspection lots shall be divided by part layer number, construction section and expansion joint according to the industrial furnace quantities and the requirements of construction and quality inspection control.
2 Subitem project shall be divided by industrial furnace structural composition or section, and a subitem project may be consisted of one or several inspection lots. When the quantities of a industrial furnace masonry are less than 100m3, a furnace may be regarded as a subitem project.
3 Subsection project shall be divided by industrial furnace (set). When a subsection project has large scale and can be divided into two or more mutually independent engineering projects, these mutually independent engineering projects may be regarded as a subsection project (or sub-subsection project). If a subsection project has only a subitem project, the subitem project is regarded as a subsection project.
4 Unit project shall be divided by industrial furnace building engineering in a independent production system. When a unit project has large scale and can be divided into two or more mutually independent engineering projects, these mutually independent engineering projects may be regarded as a subsection project (or sub-subsection project). If a unit project has only a subsection project, the subsection project is regarded as a unit project.
1) In an independent production system, industrial furnace building engineering may be regarded as a subsection project and form a unit project with other profession or other building installation engineering, when the quantities of the industrial furnace building is less than 500 m3.
2) When several industrial furnaces are set up in a building or a structure, the building engineering for these industrial furnaces may be regarded as a unit project, and the building engineering for each industrial furnace is regarded as a subsection project.
2.2 Quality acceptance
2.2.1 Qualified quality of inspection lot shall meet the following requirements:
1 The dominant items shall meet the requirements of this standard;
2 All random inspection points for general items shall meet the requirements of this standard. Among the random inspection points for permissible error item, over 80% the actual measured values shall be within the permissible error range in this standard (the actual measured values in critical items shall all be within the permissible error range in this standard).
2.2.2 Qualified quality of subitem project shall meet the following requirements:
1 All inspection lots in the subitem project shall meet the requirements of qualified quality;
2 Inspection lots in the subitem project shall have complete quality assurance information.
2.2.3 Qualified quality of subsection project shall meet the following requirements:
1 The quality of all subitem projects in the subsection project shall all be qualified;
2 Subitem projects in the subsection project shall have complete quality assurance information.
2.2.4 Qualified quality of unit project shall meet the following requirements:
1 The quality of all subsection projects in the unit project shall all be qualified;
2 Subsection projects in the unit project shall have complete quality assurance information.
2.2.5 The inspection lots whose quality cannot conform to the requirements of this standard shall be treated promptly till meeting qualified quality.
When the quality after treatment always cannot meet the requirements of the original design, the inspection lots that, the original design organization recognizes, satisfy the production safety and use function, may be accepted.
