1 General Provisions
1.0.1 This Code is formulated with a view to standardizing construction quality acceptance methods of anticorrosive engineering of buildings, strengthening technical management and construction process control, improving acceptance, and ensuring engineering quality.
1.0.2 This Code is applicable to construction quality acceptance for anticorrosive engineering of constructed, renovated and extended buildings and structures.
1.0.3 This Code shall be used in conjunction with the current national standards "Unified Standard for Constructional Quality Acceptance of Building Engineering" (GB 50300) and "Specification for construction and acceptance of anticorrosive engineering of buildings" (GB 50212).
1.0.4 Construction quality acceptance for anticorrosive engineering of buildings shall not only meet the requirements of this Code but also comply with those stipulated in the current relevant ones of the nation.
2 Terms
2.0.1 Inspection lot
The inspection body composed of a certain quantity of samples that are collected according to the same production condition or the specified mode.
2.0.2 Permissible deviation
The deviation of testing points allowed within the range of testing proportion specified in this Code during the testing process, provided that the safety and use functions of engineering can be met.
2.0.3 Visual inspection
The visual observation carried out in order to judge whether the object to be inspected meets the technical parameters specified in this Code.
2.0.4 Random examination
Random sampling inspection in certain proportion from a designated inspection lot for some specific items.
3 Basic Requirement
3.1 Division for Acceptance of Construction Quality
3.1.1 Construction quality acceptance for anticorrosive engineering of buildings shall be divided into inspection lot, subitem project and subsection (sub-subsection) project.
3.1.2 Inspection lot shall be accepted according to engineering features, construction process, quality control and discipline and divided according to floor, construction section, deformation joint, same material or construction sequence.
3.1.3 Subitem project shall be divided based on anticorrosive materials and construction process, according to project of base course treatment, anticorrosive project of block material, anticorrosive project of water glass type, anticorrosive project of resin type, anticorrosive project of asphalt type, anticorrosive project for polymer cement mortar, anticorrosive project for coating type and anticorrosive project for polyvinyl chloride plate. Base course treatment may not constitute subitem project separately.
3.1.4 Subsection project shall be divided according to buildings or structures that can constitute unit project separately. Relatively large or relatively complex subsection project can be divided into several sub-subsection projects.
3.2 Acceptance of Construction Quality
3.2.1 The qualified requirements for quality acceptance of inspection lot are as follows:
1 The dominant items shall meet the requirements of this Code.
2 The positions (points) for each random examination of the general items shall meet the requirements of this Code; for the items with permissible deviation requirements, the random examination points for each random examination shall not be less than 80% of the measured value and within the permissible deviation range specified in this Code.
3 Inspection lot quality guarantee materials shall be complete.
3.2.2 The qualified requirements for quality acceptance of subitem project are as follows:
1 All the inspection lots included in the subitem project shall meet the requirements of acceptable quality.
2 Quality guarantee materials of inspection lots in subitem project shall be complete.
3.2.3 The qualified requirements for quality acceptance of subsection (sub-subsection) project are as follows:
1 All the subitem projects included in the subsection (sub-subsection) project shall meet the requirements of acceptable quality acceptance.
2 Quality guarantee materials of subitem projects in subsection (sub-subsection) project shall be complete.
3.2.4 Quality acceptance records of anticorrosive engineering of buildings shall meet the following requirements:
1 Quality acceptance records of inspection lot, quality acceptance records of subitem project and quality acceptance records of subsection (sub-subsection) project shall be in the corresponding formats specified in the current national standard "Unified Standard for Constructional Quality Acceptance of Building Engineering" (GB 50300).
2 Check record of quality guarantee materials shall be in the formats specified in Table A of this Code.
3.2.5 Construction quality of anticorrosive engineering of buildings, if failing to comply with this Code, shall be treated according to the following requirements:
1 Reworked or repaired inspection lot shall be accepted again.
2 The inspection lot that is able to meet the design requirements after testing identification carried out by the qualified testing organization shall be accepted.
3 The inspection lot that is tested and identified by the qualified testing organization as failing to meet the design requirements but is calculated and approved by the original design organization as meeting the structural safety and use functions may be accepted.
4 The repaired or strengthened subitem and subsection projects that can still satisfy the safety requirements though overall dimension is changed may be accepted according to technology processing scheme and negotiation document.
3.2.6 The engineering that fails to satisfy the safety requirements after repair treatment must not be accepted.
3.2.7 Site sampling performance inspection and re-inspection reports shall be issued by the competent quality testing department.
