1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for the norm of energy consumption per unit product of calcium carbide, the statistical range, calculation method, energy saving management and measures.
This standard is applicable to the calculation, assessment of energy consumption of calcium carbide manufacturers and energy consumption control of the newly built devices.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
The comprehensive energy consumption of calcium carbide
The total energy consumption for calcium carbide product ion in the report period, which is known as the various energy consumption and loss of the production system, auxiliary production system and subsidiary production system, including energy consumed by raw materials and materials, excluding energy consumed for living, basic construction, technical transformation and project construction, energy consumed by lime production and deferent the output energy.

The comprehensive energy consumption per unit product of calcium carbide The comprehensive energy consumption of calcium carbide represented by the signature mark rate of production of per unit.
3.3
The comprehensive energy consumption per unit product of calcium carbide in electric furnace
Technological electric quantity consumed in the calcium carbide production using calcium carbide furnace, represented by the signature mark rate of production of per unit, including power consumption of the furnace hole, excluding power consumption of the power equipments.
3.4
The production area of calcium carbide
The area of the entire production process from the raw materials, such as entering the procedure after being measured to the finished product of calcium carbide warehouse entering after the measuring
