1 Scope
This standard specifies terms and definitions, classification, basic and additional requirements, marking and information to be supplied for safety footwear.
This standard is applicable to the safety footwear which may protect wearers against suffering from injuries on their feet and legs in the working area.
This standard is not applicable to the safety footwear without insole and insock or without insole but with movable insock.
