This standard specifies the classification, general requirements, requirements and test methods, marking, inspection rules and instructions for use of combustible gas alarm control units (hereinafter referred to as control units).
This standard is applicable to combustible gas alarm control units installed and used in general industrial and civil buildings, and is also applicable to control units with special performance installed in other environments (special requirements are separately specified by relevant standards).

The following standards contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this standard. For dated references, subsequent amendments (excluding corrections) to, or revisions, of any of these publications do not apply. However, parties to agreements based on this standard are encouraged to investigate the possibility of applying the most recent editions of the normative documents indicated below. For undated references, the latest edition applies.

3 Product classification
Control units are classified, according to their working modes, into the following types:
a) Bus system;
b) Multi-line system.
4 General requirements
4.1 Complete machine performance
4.1.1 General requirements
4.1.1.1 The main power supply of the control unit shall be 220V, 50 Hz AC power supply, the input terminal of the power cord shall be equipped with a terminal block.
4.1.1.2 The control unit shall be equipped with protective earthing terminal.
4.1.1.3 The control unit shall be able to supply power to the components connected to it. The DC working voltage shall meet the requirements of GB/T 156-2007, and DC 24 V may be preferred.
4.1.1.4 The control unit shall be provided with Chinese function marks; information displayed by characters shall be in Chinese.
4.1.1.5 The control unit shall have the function of sending alarm, fault, shielding and other information to the graphic display device and other equipment in the fire control room.
4.1.2 Combustible gas concentration display function
4.1.2.1 The control unit shall have the function of displaying combustible gas concentration, and its full-scale indication deviation shall meet those specified in Table 1.
