Micro-dose X-ray security inspection system - Part 1: General technical requirements
1 Scope
This part of GB 15208 specifies the classification, general technical requirements, test method, inspection rules, packaging, marking, storage, transportation and accompanied technical documents of micro-dose X-ray security inspection system.
This part is applicable to the design, manufacturing, acceptance and service of various micro-dose X-ray security inspection systems.
This part is not applicable to X-ray security inspection system like computed tomography (CT), electron accelerator or X-ray generating device with energy greater than 500keV.

air kerma absorbed by the object for one inspection

5.12 功能要求 5.12.1 人机交互功能 满足以下要求: a) 键盘上各按键及指示灯应工作正常; b) 操作面板和屏幕文本信息应为图标或中文界面。 5.12.2 图像显示功能 满足以下要求: a) X射线图像应能完整显示被检对象及内部物体的整体轮廓; b) 具备输送装置控制功能的单视角、双视角透射式设备,被检对象停在通道内任意位置,再次启动输送装置应保证X射线图像完整。 5.12.3 图像处理功能 满足以下要求: a) 图像增强功能:增强显示图像局部细节。 b) 有机物和无机物剔除功能(多能谱型适用): ——有机物剔除时,剔除图像中的等效有机物,显示剩余物质的颜色; ——无机物剔除时,剔除图像中的等效无机物,显示剩余物质的颜色。 c) 图像放大功能:放大显示所选中区域的物体图像。任意区域放大应不小于4倍。 d) 图像回拉功能:应能按图像生成顺序连续回调出不少于10幅的过检图像。 5.12.4 图像存储功能 满足以下要求: a) 图像存储功能:所有图像应自动存储; b) 图像存储容量:可存储不少于10000幅被检图像; c) 图像存储格式: ——应能通过生产厂家专用软件以离线方式再现图像,图像处理功能与设备功能相同; ——应能将图像的原始数据转换成通用的图像格式。 5.12.5 设备自诊断功能 设备应具备自诊断功能,并生成至少包括X射线产生装置、X射线探测器、控制器等主要功能部件运行状态的诊断报告。
