1 Scope
This standard specifies stainless steel pressure cooker (hereinafter referred to as pressure cooker) in terms of terms and definitions, product classification, requirements, sampling, test method, marking, labeling, operation instruction, packaging, transportation and storage.
This standard is applicable to the following household pressure cookers:
nominal working pressure: 50 kPa ~120 kPa;
volume: ≤ 18 L;
machined by stainless steel plate.
This standard does not apply to the pressure cooker which fries by oil under a pressure.
