1 Scope
This standard specifies terms and definitions, classification and grading, general safety technology quality requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, transportation and storage of fireworks.
This standard is applicable to fireworks, excluding black powder, pyrotechnic composition and fuse.

Flammable and combustible articles for viewing made of pyrotechnic composition (the main material), which generates such effects as light, sound, color, pattern or smoke through combustion or explosion after ignition.
