Forword
This document is drafted in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work: Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents".
This document replaces FZ/T 63020-2013 "Mixed polyolefin fibre ropes", compared with FZ/T 63020-2013, except for editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:
--Modified "Scope" (see chapter 1, chapter 1 of the 2013 edition);
-Modification of the "Normative references" and "Identification" (see chapters 2, 4, 2 and 4 of the 2013 edition); -Addition of "Terms and definitions" (see chapter 2, 4 of the 2013 edition) -Addition of "Terms and definitions" (see Chapter 3);
--Minimum breaking strength is divided into indicators for both test methods with and without eyelets inserted at both ends (see Chapter 7, Chapter 5 of the 2013 edition);
--The "Informative Appendix" has been deleted.
This document has been amended to adopt ISO 10572:2009 "Mixed polyolefin ropes".
The following structural and editorial changes have been made to this document compared to ISO 10572:2009 "Mixed polyolefin ropes":
--To harmonise with existing standards, the scope of chapter 1 specifies the wire density and rope designation; --To harmonise with existing standards, the scope of chapter 1 specifies the wire density and rope designation
--The test methods in chapter 8 have been added for consistency with the structure of the existing standard! Chapter 9 on inspection rules and Chapter 10 on marking, packaging, transport and storage.

The successive versions of the document replaced by this document were issued as follows:
--FZ/T 63020-2013.
1 Scope
This document specifies the terms and definitions, marking, materials, general technical requirements, physical properties, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transport and storage of three-strand, four-strand, eight-strand and twelve-strand mixed polyalkene-monstrous new fibre ropes.
This document applies to the wire density of 14.8 ktex ~ 12 180 ktex, rope code for 6 ~ 160 mixed polyethylene by the fiber rope.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T40273 are used in this document.
4 Marking
The marking of fibre ropes consists of the following elements:
--Fibre rope;
--The number of this document;
--Rope construction;
--Rope code
--Rope material.
Example: 3 strands of mixed polyolefin fibre rope, reference code 20 (type A), with a linear density corresponding approximately to 18l ktex Rope made of mixed polyolefin fibre.
Fibre ropes FZ/T 63020-A-20-PO
5 Materials
The raw material of the rope, should use the new by 15% ~ 50% of polyethylene and polypropylene melt blending spinning from the two-component fibres.
6 General technical requirements
6.1 Mixed polyethylene warp fibre ropes are divided into the following 4 structure types.
6.2 Structure type, twist pitch, manufacture, labelling, packaging, metering, length and deviation shall conform to the requirements of ISO 9554.
7 Physical properties
Wire density and minimum breaking strength shall conform to the provisions of table 1, table 2 and table 3.
8 Test methods
Road
8.1 Wire density
Test according to the provisions of GB/T8834.
8.2 Minimum breaking strength
Test according to the provisions of GB/T 8834.
9 Inspection rules
9.1 Group batch
With the same process, the same material manufacturing the same type, the same specifications of the product as a batch.
9.2 Sampling
Sampling according to the provisions of GB/T8834.
9.3 Inspection
9.3.1 Each batch of products shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the production plant according to this document before leaving the factory, and accompanied by an inspection certificate. 9.3.2 Inspection items according to the requirements of Chapter 6 and 7 of this document.
9.4 Judgment rules
The test results meet the requirements of Chapter 6 and Chapter 7 of this document, the batch of products is judged to be qualified, otherwise the batch of products is judged to be unqualified.
10 Marking, packaging, transport and storage
10.1 Marking, packaging
The rope shall have an orange rope yarn and a brown rope yarn woven into one of the strands to indicate the material, nature and origin of the polyolefin rope in accordance with this document. The marking shall be recognisable in use. The product shall be neatly wound and firmly tied with chemical fibre rope or rope strands, packed with light and moisture-proof material and marked as required.
10.2 Transport and storage
10.2.1 During transportation and handling, do not drag or hook the product to avoid damage to the packaging and the product.
10.2.2 The product should be stored in a clean and dry warehouse away from heat sources, free from chemical pollution and direct sunlight. If the storage period of the product exceeds two years, it shall be retested and qualified before leaving the factory.
