1 Scope
This document specifies the method for determining the fiber content of copper-modified polyacrylonitrile fibers and certain other fiber two-component mixtures after the removal of non-fiber substances using chemical analysis.
This document applies to copper-modified polyacrylonitrile fiber and polyamide fiber, polyacrylonitrile fiber, cellulose fiber (cotton, hemp, viscose fibers, vegetable selvage fiber, modal fiber, copper ammonia fiber) polyester fiber, polyurethane elastic fiber, acrylate fiber, three acrylate fiber two-component mixture.
Note: Copper-modified acrylic fiber qualitative methods see Appendix A, copper-modified acrylic fiber while meeting A.1 ~ A.4.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
Using dimethylformamide to polyurethane elastic fibers from a known dry mass of the sample dissolved and removed, the residue collected, cleaned, dried and weighed; with the amended mass to calculate the percentage of copper-modified polyacrylonitrile fibers in the mixture of dry frying mass. The percentage mass of polyurethane elastomeric fibers was derived from the difference.
8.2 Reagents
Dimethylformamide, analytical purity, boiling point of 152℃~150.
Warning: The reagent can be harmful to human body, the use of suffering should take perfect protection measures.
8.3 Equipment
8.3.1 Use GB/T 2910.1 and the equipment specified in 8.3.1 and 8.3.2 of this document.
8.3.2 Triangular flask with stopper.
8.3.3 Water bath shaker, can be kept boiling.
8.4 test procedures
In accordance with the general procedures specified in GB/T 2910.1, and then operate in accordance with the following steps.
In accordance with the provisions of GB/T 2910.10.
