Standard light sources and conditions for visual assessment of textile colour fastness
1 Scope
This standard specifies the standard light source, lighting observation, environmental and background colours for testing the colour fastness of textiles.
This standard is applicable to visual assessment of colour fastness of textiles.

3 Definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the following definitions apply.
3.1 conformity index
conformity degree between the relative spectral energy distribution of light source and that of CIE standard illuminant
3.2 correlated colour temperature
temperature at which the light source's chromaticity coordinate is slightly away from the blackbody locus, but the distance is very small and is less than the human eye's ability to distinguish chromaticity, so that the human eyes can't distinguish the difference between it and the adjacent blackbody radiation chromaticity with temperature T, which is called the correlated colour temperature Tc of the light source
3.3 general colour rendering index
degree to which the colour of an object perceived under a given light source conforms to the color of the same object perceived under a standard light source, both under the specified observation conditions
3.4 visible range metameric index
degree to which two objects have the same colour but different spectral distribution curves for a given standard observer within the visible spectrum range under a given light source
