4.2 Various plastic parts must meet the following basic requirements in long-term production run:
a) Free from softening and deformation at 65° water temperature.
b) Free from rupture and embrittlement under the minimum design temperature.
c) Having sufficient rigidity and strength and good aging resistance. The geometrical shape, performance index and installation & connection of various parts shall be kept stable for a long time under normal service conditions. The service life of the packing, eliminator, distribution pipe and packing bracket shall not be less than 20 years, and that of the spray device shall not be less than 12 years.
